Cancellation / Refund Policy for Registration

If the event is postponed, we will provide you with access to the event at a later date. No refunds will be provided if the online event is postponed.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Event, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the refund of paid fees that remain after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted. We will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage, or loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.

In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent by email to communications@indiavisioninstitute.org  along with Identity Proof.

Cancellation is permitted up to 1st September 2023, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

No refunds for cancellations made after 1st September 2023.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.

All disputes are subject to Chennai Jurisdiction only
